Close to every thing stayed many times

Below expectations. Everything is very basic and old fashioned. Small basic room with terrible toilet. The whole hotel is old n needs renovations

There was a massive red stain on the rug. Strong smells of cigarette.

I have stayed the worst hotel ever. No one speaks English, and never say greetings. No manners + attitude. I was very upset. I booked it on English platform(Agoda) but, no one speaks english. I booked it for 3ppl in 1 room and paid already. When I arrived, they said, the price I paid is for a double bed room(for 2ppl). So said I wanted to upgrade for 3ppl in 1 room. But they can’t make it. I need to cancle it first. I was struggling with them nearly for 1hour. A chinese guest could spoken English and helped me. I am not nitpicker usually. I want them not to use English platform, If you do not speak English at all
