Overall good stay, the staff is friendly and the room is clean. Free upgrade as the staff say we booked at expensive rate using non china app so she feels bad. Got free laundey room but no dryer, so need aircon dry or outdoor emergency staircase to dry. The hot water a bit lacking at peak hour though. The only part i dun like.

+ : location near to dried seafood wholesale, hotel staff include cleaner very friendly and helpful, allow to check out at 2pm , room is clean, budget hotel with lift that required to use the room access card. - : toilet is a bit small , toilet ventilation always got cigarette smell even though ask for non smoking room.
