Good overall stay

I stayed at this hotel very recently during a business trip to Mumbai, and I'm glad I chose it — its location was ideal for my needs. For the price I paid, the value was truly exceptional. While the lobby on the floor where I was staying carried a smell of cigaratte smoke , the rooms themselves were a pleasant surprise. They have been thoughtfully refurbished and were in excellent condition — the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the bathrooms were outstanding. Overall, it offers great value for money. My one suggestion would be to address the floors lobby odour, as that small improvement would elevate the entire guest experience significantly. That said, the team is clearly doing a commendable job maintaining the rooms to a high standard — keep it up!

The reception desk needs to me more polite & attentive

I stayed htere for 2 days. The location of the hotel is very strategic. Has access to Andheri business district, Airport, Powai all within reach. The hotel itself is very comfy, the staff helpful and rooms spacious and well equipped. Great stay, highly recommended.
