24.03.25Here are some pros and cons of the hotel. Although it has many cons, the pros make up for them, accordingly, mostly.
Cons
Uncontactable, as their phone no. mentioned was wrong/outdated.
Food delivery is late, anywhere between 30-60 mins. Tissues/mouth freshener won't be given until asked. Food is highly overpriced.
Second key card will not be given, until insisted. They insist only one key card works.
Bathroom slippers not given, until asked.
TV- mostly paid channels are unavailable, but even some zero cost channels are unavailable. No kids channel available.
The cleanliness has more potential. The mirror is dusty, so is the upper shelf of luggage area. The cups and glasses are not thoroughly washed & the washroom could use more cleaning.
No handwash in the bathroom, but a soap was there, though the platform to keep soap is slanted, soap bar always slips from it.
Warm water was not available in the washroom. The electric kettle plug was tight, hard to plug-in.
The floor doesn't have carpet.
House cleaning is not always available, staff arrives after 10:30.
Pros
They allowed early check-in without any due contact beforehand.
Their food quality and quantity is both good.
Nice and comfy bed, polite & courteous staff.
The quality of toiletries and soap was good.
A mini refrigerator was present.
There's extra capacity in the room, as it has sofe-cum- bed.
