26.02.08The location and view are the only good things about this property. Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. The staff were very rude and did not meet basic hospitality standards, which made the stay uncomfortable. The facilities were poorly maintained, cleanliness was below expectations, and overall the experience was bad. This place is not suitable for families with young children and is definitely not worth the price. We would not stay here again.

Rooms are old n required lot of upgradation. Old furniture, old AC, old look room, bathroom needs a fix.

25.10.27Room was selected and charged as swimming pool view but was not swimming pool view as shown in picture. Gave us lake view location is nice, food nice. But room promised was not as per booking hence 3.5 to 4 * over all

26.05.13We stayed in this resort, apart from food other services were good. Location is also good. Breakfast was not at all good, got insect in my food while having breakfast and management didnt take any action even after complaining.
