25.10.04 Had to ask them to clean room, No kettle, coffee making facilities, no charging station, towels frayed, shower didn't have hot water however the spa bath did & was charged 250 baht for bath soap.
It is secure however no in room safe.
the last night we had loud music that kept us awake for hours from another room
25.04.29 (1) I lost a pair of white new shoes for kids there; (2) No late check-out until 1pm, they asked me to pay THB 500 for 1 hr. extension; (3) Extension only given 30 minutes for free but then at 12pm they turned off the aircon, and staffs said it is off automatically, how in the hell it is done automatically when if I pay THB 500, it can be on automatically. Even in a 5 star hotel, late check out by 1pm is a normal practice and no one is turning off the aircon automatically, it is a form of Oppression. Terrible experience honestly. Not recommended, save your money somewhere else. With that price, you would have gotten 4-5 star in a city center. I stayed there for 2 nights and moved hotel.
25.04.19 No check in counter, staff took my passport and went into the back with it without letting me in. Charged a deposit to my credit card and said it was a hold, but ended up charging in full. The deposit was returned in cash.
Hot water not working.
