The hotel and it's staff are very friendly. The only way to communicate with them is through WhatsApp for buggy ride or if you need food. The view of the room was exactly the same as shown online. We stayed in Lagoon pool villa which was worth it.

Wouldn't recommend though, if you have other options. The room was spacious, clean, and had reliable Wi-Fi along with hot water, which made the stay more comfortable. However, the view was disappointing and the facilities felt limited. Location was not very convenient, and the staff service did not meet expectations, impacting the overall experience negatively.
