Superb value for money..

M.I.N.D villa is inside the old city which is like the heart of Chiang Mai city. 7 Eleven and their cafe and pharmacy are right just beside the villa. Our room Deluxe B has a bathtub which is in the seperate room which natural light is available on top ceiling. And there's also a seating area in the courtyard which you can enjoy siting and smoking if you want. Those two: bathtub and seating area (shown in the attached photos) are the highlights for during our stay there. The rest of all is quite decent so we felt very good for the value of money, especially those 2 spots are my personal favourites why i want to advise other people to give it a try when visiting Chiang Mai.

It is besides 7/11 which made it really a good choice for me.

Good location, nothing special but staff very lovely, its super clean, everything works and customer service via messaging was very good and helpful. If you dont need luxury this place is awesome.

Pros: It's very near to the temples, night markets, walkable to Warorot market. 7-11 just besides, some street foods and restaurants are nearby. It's also quite near to airport. You will use Grab if you want to go to art village, Jing Jai market, coconut market, Chamcha market. Balcony has clothes drying rack which is very good, half day the clothes already dry. Everyday will have housekeeping between 8am-11am, which is good. Staffs are friendly. I even received a small gift before I left. :-) Cons: Bed is hard(unfortunately I figured out Phuket, Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai hotels also love to have hard mattresses :-( ). The water heater couldn't adjust the temperature, it's only very warm or hot, the main switch is not in the room 202, so I couldn't even switch off. WiFi I need to troubleshooting and most of the time need to click "forget" and re-login, so it's a bit inconvenient. Rate: 8/10 :-)
