I booked Deluxe room, which showed in the category for my requirement (3 adults, 1 child, 1 infant). Expected to be provided with a bigger room with two beds, but the room was too small. more over, it is difficult to differentiate between deluxe and other rooms. I felt that receptionist provided a regular room in place of Deluxe. Facilities were not so clean, Except bathroom. no toiletries and drinking water were provided. (Basic things when you checkin to the room). Inspite of mentioning the early checkin, i had to wait in lobby and request the receptionist for availability. Bottom line is Either the online provider confirms the room number at the time of booking (making it easier to not get cheated by getting different category room) or Walkin to hotel, check the rooms and then confirm the booking.
