We recently stayed at Neelams The Grand as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, situated right in the heart of Calangute, making it very convenient to access the beach, local markets, and nearby restaurants.What we loved:Spacious Rooms: The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and gave our family plenty of space to relax.Excellent Pool: The swimming pool was a massive hit with the kids and well-maintained.Friendly Staff: The service was warm and accommodating throughout our entire stay.Good Food: The buffet breakfast offered a nice variety of options that catered well to both adults and children.

Rooms are very old and furniture is broken. All other facilities are good and the location is excellent.

Very bad experience. Uncooperating staff. Intercom was not working, tea maker (Hot water not working) refrigerator not working. Check in time 2 pm. & checkout 10am. against govt rules , only 20 hour a day,very bad experience

Old rooms. Everything was broken- The phone line, windows, curtain holders, cup boards. There were cockroaches in the room. Bedsheets were torn. Bath towels were torn. Toiletries, tissues were not replaced daily in the bathroom.
