Stayed with my 1 year old daughter and all the staff took care of her exceptionally. Everyone was very supportive and they have separate kids menu which is great for someone who needs urgent unsalted unsweetend food for kids

nice hotel and supportive staff specially at the time of breakfast

The room we were alloted had insufficient lighting. The toilet wash basin was inapproriate and after hand or facewash water always logged and had to be poured with extra water to wash off. When I asked for a formal invoice from the hotel desk they said you will get it from agoda in a couple of days which i never rwceived. Why would agoda give a formal invoice when its simply a booking facilitator end service provider is actually the hotel where the guests stay so it was hotels reaponsibility to provide invoice there and then atbthe time of checkout.

Very good and comfortable stay

I have been travelling to Ludhiana since 17 yrs but I must say the Park plaza is now a Tired old hotel that is screaming for renovations & an upgrade. The rooms are old , furniture is outdated & the hotel generally has a foul smell now. Only Plus is the location within city limits which also feels like not work anymore. Would definitely go to the Hyatt next.
