25.09.03Great stay enjoying the clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed in the newer building connected to Chaleelay Hotel across the street, which appeared to have just opened.
The location was convenient, close to the beach and local shops, making it easy to explore Cha-Am at our own pace. The staff were warm and attentive, providing friendly service that made us feel welcome throughout our time there.
Our only concern was that the door to our room did not lock properly, which made us a little worried about security. Despite this, the hotel felt safe overall, and the friendly atmosphere helped ease our minds. With a quick fix to the door, this would be an ideal spot for anyone seeking a cozy and affordable stay in Cha-Am. We would still recommend it for its comfort and hospitality.
