We loved Madurai residency. The room was perfect, great roof top restaurant Lovely breakfast, perfect location and a basement bar Would definitely stay there again We’d were so happy when we arrived

I had booked a Comfort Room for 2 nights. When I arrived by 10.30 p.m., I was made to wait for about 45 minutes. I could make out that they had given away my room and were scrambling to find a room for me and get it ready. The next day I learnt that what I was given was a Standard Room. The room did not have furniture to keep my two medium size (15Kg) suit cases on. The cupboard would take only one suite hung facing me. Too small a room (beyond imagination). All the other facilities expected in a room were present though. The LED night lamp at the floor level could not be put off even by their technician. No towel was kept and I had to ask for. And I was given only one for a double occupancy. I did not demand a second one at the middle of the night. The next day, they offered to shift me to a Comfort Room, but considering the hardship for my wife and me, I opted out.

Good location, spacious room. But the car parking is terrible. It is not as they claim. You will have horrible time if you have car

Well located. Good size room. Breakfast is good - except for toast - buffet toaster not working so they cook 20 slices in kitchen then leave them at buffet cold?? Room servicing came then went to lunch half done. It took 2 attempts to get them back to reluctantly finish. Hand held shower spray hanging off wall. Wifi ran - had to go to reception, they redid. Room key ran out, had to go to reception to redo. Room service (meals) only available after 7pm? A/c control did not work at all - temperature would fluctuate between 19 and 25.5 - without doing anything?
