Small family run hotel. Only 8 rooms. Good size room. About 250 m from Lamai beach and the night market. Would recommend this place. The could not do enough for you.

Good location, good bed (firm), lovely owner, clean, quiet at night.

We had a great stay in our little, but spacious bungalow. It was an easy walk to Lemai beach (not much more than 5 mins) and the night market has some great food choices (about the same distance). Amazon coffee is two minutes away and you’re surrounded by small Thai restaurants and all the stores you might need. The air con worked well and the area was quiet, so we had a good sleep. The hostess, Golf, was so kind and helpful. She is lovely!

Quite overpriced for what it is! The rooms are clean, functional, small and basic. They have quite old fashioned decor, toilet paper in tissue boxes and air-conditioning blowing straight onto the bed, making it difficult to sleep. Nice rooftop has black chair, leaving black marks on clothing. So, drinking coffee while seating on concrete was not so bad 🙂 The lady owner is very nice and trying hard to make customers happy. It is still pretty much basic and budget accommodation still. I have stayed at very nice hotels in Thailand for around the same rate as here, with breakfast included...

Great facilities super clean friendly staff would definitely recommend and stay again
