Air conditioning and Wifi are not working as it supposed to be, even after check no reply from the owner or whatsoever, we even wait for the gate before we can access the hotel because of the incomplete details with the accommodation.

I book 2 rooms but the other room air condition isn’t working and we don’t have any person where we can check the issue with. It’s a lot of hassle having vacation yet dealing with this issues the our friends just stayed in our room as their room is hot they cant even sleep 😕😕 even the induction is not working. I look for the people who can help but they are just referring to the office of the hotel where there’s no help too. I tried to email the address on the receipt that I received yet I found no answer to whatsoever. Just a hassle they even charged 400 baht cleaning fee each room thats 800 baht in total yet we can’t even used the staycation normally as it supposed to be
