จองห้องผ่านAgoda ในราคา 800กว่าๆ เวลาเช็คอินเป็น15.00 เช็ตเอ้า 11.00 น. ซึ่งรับระยะเวลาค่อนข้างจะเอาเปรียบลูกค้ามาก ละเหตุเกิดจากเราโทรไปขอเลื่อนเวลาเช็คอินเป็น13.00 แต่เจ้าของห้อง หรือคนที่รับโทรศัพท์พูดจาไม่ดี แล้วก็มีการเรียกเก็บค่าทำความสะอาด 500บาท ค่ามัดจำกุญแจ1000 ซึ่งวันเช็คเอ้าจะได้แค่ค่ามัดจำกุญแจคืน แต่ไม่ได้ค่าทำความสะอาด เราก็ถามว่า ทำไมในAgoda ไม่มี remind ให้ว่า มีค่าทำความสะอาด She ก็ตอบกลับมาว่าเป็นนโยบายของ Agoda ถ้าไม่เชื่อลองโทรไปเช็คได้เลย เราโทรไปช็คกับทาง Agoda เรียบร้อย พบว่า “ไม่มีนโยบายนี้” 500 บาท ค่อนข้างแพง สำหรับค่าทำสะอาดห้องที่พักแค่1คืน นับเวลาจากการเช็คอินแทบจะไม่ถึฃ24ชม.ด้วย 1.เจ้าของห้องพูดจาไม่ดีมากกกก 2.ที่จอดรถไม่ดี พัทยานะจอดรถมั่วซั่วได้หรอ อุบาทมาก แนะนำไปพักที่อื่นดีกว่าค่ะ ค่าห้องบวกค่าทำความสะอาดไปนอน โรงแรมดีๆได้เลย
