Clean hotel with good ac and pool on roof on nanai road patong.rooms are modern with a balcony and staff are friendly and efficient with good language skills.Good value for money hotel on nanai road.

The room was clean the staff were friendly, nice small swimming pool, minus are the hotel is on a up slope so grab and tuktuk always drop us off below so we need to walk up which is very tiring cuz the slope is reli steep. I ask for honeymoon room deco but it was not done, they say cuz early check-in but I did mention them I'll be checking in early. And even took a taxi service from them coming to phuket so they should know what time I'm reaching extra money for check in early is no issue I just wished to have a beautiful deco to come in to 🥲 and going back which was good for 900bhat. For once to stay it's OK but not to my expectation.

Management ruins this hotel, it’s run as cheap and stingy as possible. 1 key, with an electricity key card sealed together. Extra key 300 bar per day! Ridiculous. Lobby hot and unwelcoming. No ac

Do not stay here. Rude manager and ridiculous hotel policies. No 2nd room key unless you pay.

Stayed here for 10-days, the manager is rude and has ridiculous attitude. Makes up hotel policies that she can’t supply in writing. They try to safe money everywhere. No aircon in front reception lobby, it’s very hot. No fan for guests also. In your room they refuse to give a 2nd key because they don’t want you to use electricity while you are out. So the fridge, wifi and charging devices is impossible. Manager wanted 300 baht per day for a 2nd room key. They also fused the key to the room card which activates the electrical system. So you can’t take apart. Avoid the hotel. Pool is small
