24.03.28The front desk staff especially Ms. kamini was extremely rude in her conversation with the guests. I felt that she is the owner of the property and she is allowing guests to stay free of cost. She needs to understand how to converse with guests. I won't like to visit Sun & Sandhya again because of Kamini's behaviour.

24.02.19The rooms are well maintained. The hotel staff are prompt in their response and are very friendly. I had some issues in the bathroom and my room was immediately changed. The hotel operates complementary shuttle service to the Shirdi mandir and the waiting time was less than 2 minutes. Overall nice comfortable stay with good vegetarian food. Highly recommended. I loved the whole experience.
