TBH we were just appalled with how the hotel got its ratings! Claims to be 5-stars, but standard of facilities cannot be anything more than 3 stars. Pools were gross, there are algae/mould(?) all around the kids pool which made the entire pool smell like sewage. The flooring getting to the pool is also bad - it's pebbled but not levelled. So all the sand comes onto your feet (which hurts btw), and you'll bring it all with you into the pool. Very poor hygiene. Rooms are fine and clean BUT the gripe is that we had ants all over our room, and the flooring looks really cheap with holes in them already. Breakfast was terrible, poor selection and lacks inclusivity for Muslim guests. Save your money and just book a villa instead for the price you pay here!!!!!

L'hôtel a des piscines partout, belle piscine pour les enfants ! Petit déjeuner très bien. Très bien localisé. Des transferts à des horaires fixes pour les plages autour. Salles de bain commun un peu salle, mais à par cela, hôtel est très bien.

This hotel is located near Rawai beach which is okay but also it's pretty close to Nai Harn Beach which is just amazing with soft white sand and turquoise water. Coming to the hotel itself, the only word word be awesome. It is huge, lot's of parking space and just so many facilities... There are pools adjacent to all the buildings and then there's the big pool with slides and all for the kids. We went there during Songkran because of which we also got to experience and awesome foam and fun filled pool party. The only downside for me was the limited number of dining options in the area but then again the hotel itself has 2 restaurants, 2 bars and a cafe so didn't miss outside dining too much. Away from the rush of Patong, there's a sort of calm peace of mind thing here. Definitely go there, especially if you are travelling with kids.
