Worst Customer Managment. They provided us dirty towel but they don’t apologize. Rather the hotel claimed that we have made that dirty. They did not trusted me 20/25 minutes I need to explain them that I had no fault. This is absolutley humiliation. I condemn. Never recommend the hotel to travel in phuket

I stayed here for 3 nights. If I could get refunded I would have left but no refunds. The location was bad nothing in the area to do or eat. The room was bug infested ants crawling on me all night long. No tv no mirror. Staff didnt clean my room when I asked them didnt provide clean towels and sheets were stained. Didnt provide food water or snacks. No service for tours or transportation. Staff not helpful. Wasn’t a good stay at all I would not recommend
