parking bit problem but otherwise its great hotel

Front office receptionist very harsh while speaking no Customer value etiquettes, house keeping in room basic amenities not provided unless you request...being a star hotel it looks like we need to beg for the amenities... Bunch of security always at the entrance but most of the time they don't bother the Customers coming or going.

The prices were reasonable, rooms were clean and centrally located.

Staff at reception very welcoming and supportive. Spacious restaurant with lots of food selection. Rooms are very clean
