Stay here for 2 night. Room is comfortable, tv function okay with youtube channel, heater is okay, the staff is friendly and good customer service. Strategic location is the center of tanah rata which is near to grocery shop, bank, shopping outlet and restaurants.

Staff were nice- one night you could get away with, anything more I wouldn’t bother. We stayed in standard room for 3nights and the door to the balcony isn’t fitted properly with gaps allowing ants, bugs, spiders and cockroaches into the room. Bathroom was full of mould needs a deep clean and bedsheets had an unpleasant smell. The location was centrally located which was a positive.
