A/c controls not working in both the rooms and cockroaches in bathroom, Coffee tray in the rooms provided only on demand

No Intercom
No tooth kit
No cleanness
Not maintained well
Not even reasonable price
25.07.12 Hotel is under renovation still it is taking bookings and we booked room without checking it offline most of the services were unavailable the guests got pissed off, if the hotel is not functionae or not fully ready they need to inform the clients before the booking.
25.07.11 The location is good enough,offering easy walkability to nearby attractions.The bathroom facilities were satisfactory,but the overall cleanliness was not upto mark.While the staff was helpful ,the breakfast options were lacking,and shopping nearby wasn't as convenient.

There was a rat in our room
Then we shifted the room and there were cockroaches in there
The bathroom fittings were all broken
Hotel staff was very ill mannered
DONT VISIT THIS HOTEL
