26.05.14I've been a regular guest at Hotel S Bee. I always liked the atmosphere when I stepped into the lobby, which is spacious with seats for guests. The staff have always been helpful and professional. The rooms might be aged but still clean.
However, when we stepped into the lobby this time, it was warm with all air conditioners turned off. The staff were told by the management not to turn on the 2 air cons in the lobby! Imagine sitting in the lobby waiting for the rooms to be ready in sweltering heat! There's no fan and with the temperature of 34°C outside, we sat at the lobby with handheld fans to wait for our rooms. I feel sorry for the staff who have to bear the heat the whole day. I understand that management may want to save cost, but by pulling a stunt like this, it just makes the guests feel unwelcome. I hope they'll consider to at least turn on one of two of the air cons for the comfort of the guests.
