I was dissatisfied with one of the night shift receptionist who kept on chat on phone with loud noise during mid-night and it made the guests can't sleep well. Besides that, when some guests complained about the aircond was not functioning , he didn't take a direct action to check it, on the contrary he continued chat on phone. He must learn keep on silent.

25.09.16 The location is a major highlight, making it easy to explore the area. While the cleanliness was acceptable, there's room for improvement. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding a nice touch to the experience. However, the amenities left much to be desired, and the room size felt cramped, which detracted from the overall comfort. On the plus side, hot water was consistently available, ensuring a pleasant shower after a long day.
