Stayed in the deluxe room 106 for 3 nights. 2 Pax Average December room rate - 10-15k Good part. 1. The room was clean and tidy. 2. The washroom was good. 3. All the amenities were there. 4. Room cleaning was done everyday. Bad part. 1. Please replace the refrigerator unit of this room. 2. Please check the frame of the exhaust fan of the washroom, it's vibrating too much. I had to insert a piece of paper to make it quiet. It might still be inserted. 3. I think the WEAKEST part is there resturant Zodiac. 3. Been using the name of ITC, they should diversify there Breakfast menu more. 4. Anyone who is staying for more than 3 days can guess few breakfast items even before reaching the restaurant. 5. On the 3rd night I inquired about the breakfast to get it packed as I was leaving in the morning at 9 sharp before that we had to do our packing, but they showed that they are not interested in that. They insisted me to have the breakfast in the restaurant and then leave. But, as I have to leave in the morning and I don't want to put in an extra 20-30 mins in breakfast, I asked them to pack the breakfast, on this they said Ok but only sandwich and cut fruits. I was like from whole buffet of breakfast why only sandwich and cut fruits!!! Anyways, I asked at reception for the same, they were like "Ok we can pack pack few more item but you have to quantify it". I was carrying a thermos and I was thinking of asking them to fill a cup or two of coffee in it but after listening to them and seeing there facial expression I felt "Coffee ke sath inki aatma hi na nikal jaye". Alternatively, I made the coffee with the sachets provided in the room. The logic behind not packing the BF buffet items given by the zodiac manager - "It will get spoiled by the time guest will consume it and he or she will complain and spread bad words about the hotel. I was like "Cut fruits kya kharaab nahi honge!!??" Bhai, please pack pickles, wo kharaab nahi honge 😂 Now, anyone can think that I have demanded too much, BF pack nahi hota. Ok... Last time I stayed at Park inn by Radisson at Candolim Goa. Same request same situation. They were all smiling face asked me to point out the dishes so that they can pack. Done. Now, the surprising part, they insisted that I have something before I leave as they don't want me to leave the hotel empty stomach. And yes, I stayed there for 3 nights too.

it was a pleasant stay but at the time of checkout the reception asked if we have seen the items those were missing from the room and i was shocked to hear that . we didnt even knew if the items were initially present in the room . this things create a negative impact on the review. if i can pay 7000 per night , why would i take the 100-200 rs items . anyways the staff at the hotel dining area was really good and on a very short notice they arrange a wonderful dinner date on my anniversary night. thank you for such a memorable evening
