The room’s bathroom was full of cockroaches. In general, the room is dark and worn-out. Car park spot in front of hotel reserved for guests? Wrong. For “the boss”. Decided not to stay, even though the booking was non-refundable.

Decent and comfortable stay, air-conditioning and sometimes the water heater and pressure is a little weak but it has everything we needed. 12 RM a night additional at the hotel because of 10+2RM (Tourist tax and heritage tax iirc). Location is ideal and wasn't too noisy too.
