Everything was nice. Checking in and out is smooth. All staffs including pak satpam are the nicest people. However the spa staff are not professional enough. Morning we called the spa asking the price and packages. We asked if they hv foot and shoulder massage they said yes they can do. So evening time we called again to book slots for 2. It was abit sus already bcs they nver ask what package or how many hours. Then when we came down to level3 the staffs were panicking. They said they’re full and we hv no slots. After some discussion between them, they agreed to do for us. Coming into the room they nver asked what package we want just said they can only do 1hour full body massage. Then asked us to change into sarong but they dont bother to go out while we changing. During session they keep talking nonstop. My friend started her session slightly later than me bcs the staff was dealing with something else. But we ended same time hahaha. Meaning she skips few steps. After ended again they just ask us to change infront of them. Worst part when paying my friend is paying by cash she gv 400k idr but the lady just kept the money. Until we asked for the change. She replied oh bukan mau bagi saya ya. Omg. Mind you the session is only 320k. 80k is what considered tips isit. Without even us saying anything. Then i want to pay online but they dont hv bank QR. In the end we went and pay at the hotel reception. I am not expecting for a full spa session but at least be truthful. Dont give out the pamphlet which stated afew packages but actually u are not capable of doing it. When guest called just inform ahead u only do full body massage. Just choose the duration. And say u only accept cash. We are not stingy about tipping but ur service is so bad. If u asked politely for tips we might just give in. Another thing is pls improve wifi connection. Its so bad. We stayed in 4th floor but wifi is super bad. Cannot connect at all.

Hotel yang nyaman, tempat istirahat yang pas setelah pasca operasi. Bahkan nambah hari AC dingin, TV besar dan chanel jernih, minibar dingin, food promo enak dan murah, air panas berfungsi dengan baik. Terimakasih krn dapat voucher makan d restoran
