My family and I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt truly luxurious, yet welcoming and relaxed. Our suite was spotless, beautifully furnished, and clearly very well maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping the room fresh and organized without ever being intrusive. The location felt secure and convenient, so getting around with the kids was stress-free. Overall, it was the perfect family-friendly luxury stay, and we would happily return.

Too long wait for my room for checking in. Lift to the same level but cannot be pressed in the lift. Room spotlight directly above ceiling of my bed of head rest do not come with separate switch, only 1 master switch, once off, whole room is off.

Expected a wonderful room but little disappointed. The light is dim and its all control by 1 master light. Even the bathroom light is able to switch on only when on the master light. My friend sleep was disturb due to this. The bathroom space n door (2 door) is odd. It kind of like old. Bed is soft. Sunken in the middle. Did not manage to sleep well. Well, maybe check-in late, in the evening...

Highlands room are nice and clean and they even provided fruits for our consumption. The only complain I have was the check in timing. Online state it was 3pm but upon reaching the front desk our room wasnt ready and had to wait till 5pm before we could check in. Other than that, highlands hotel is a great hotel to stay in. RECOMMENDED
