Terrible

I book this hotel Oyo because it's affordable since my brother check-in at 12mn arrival in Kuching from Miri. When arrive in the hotel they said the room is not available. So I have to book again for higher price. Cannot even refund the booking I made. They told my brother they don't accept booking from Oyo because of the price is cheap. In that case y registered in Oyo? To cheat costumer?! The costumer book then when arrive to your hotel you will just tell not available?! Make sense!

Very different from display pictures that u see, its kindda scary ghost house...OYO better do something such as renovation or anything else so that the hotel will be in a good condition and comfortable for all guest..BUT very nice and very kind staff(Women) at the counter,pls bring her to work in a better condition...this is my honest review because i really like OYO..

Cheap and comfy stay, location is good as it is in the city centre
