Muar Station Hotel

Booked our stay for 3 nights ended up leaving the day after, check in starts at 2 p.m we arrived a bit earlier no one was there, came back a bit after and found a nice lady that told us they still had to clean the room and to wait for at least another hour, fine we waited. We got into the room, I was suprised they took all that time to “clean” the room was dirty, bugs everywhere on the bad, on the floor, on the walls. Sheets dirty, no towels had to ask for them and they were dirty, bathroom stained not clean at all, there wasn’t even a sink. The air conditioning remote wasn’t working so we had to stay with it on for the whole time and it was freezing as we couldn’t find anybody at the place to ask for help, we just met a person when we checked in and then for the rest of the time there was nobody there to even ask for basic stuff. Definitely been catfished by the pictures as the room doesn’t look at all at what they advertise.
