I’ve been staying at several different Homestays in Sanur, Mandan’s has the best hot shower ever, others only lasts 10mins at most, but the hot water here can lasts till the end of my shower. I am a women with long hair, so this is really important. Plus the room size is big, also got kitchen facilities outside. Only problem is no washbasin in the room, I need to get dressed and brush my teeth outside using the kitchen basin.

I had a good 3-day stay here. Pros: Rooms are very clean, which I really appreciated. Cons: Rooms are very basic, with no kettle or extra amenities. Final thoughts: Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I hope the owners consider adding some basic items (like a kettle) to make the rooms more comfortable for guests.

We had a nice time at Manda’s. Clean, non intrusive, quiet at nights, attentive and generous. Kitchen to use should you tire of local Soto and Nasi etc. Spending time on a cozy terrace reading and gazing ahead was brilliant. But the last night was spoilt as a guest next to my room was smoking depriving me of terrace.
