I checked in at the last joglo where 2 other new joggles were building up. Just in 5 meters in front and another in 5 meters on the right… No discounts, no apologies, nothing, same as it should be like that. Joglo is super dark and made from old wood. Didn’t feel comfortable there at all. Construction was running from 8am to 5pm

I highly recommend staying at Kubu Kangin Resort. The accommodation and the team here are truly amazing. The team was super helpful from assisting with organising our arrival and departure transport. They also arranged a rental bike for us. They recommended snorkelling spots and how to order at the warungs. The team went above and beyond with assisting me when I needed to buy medicine! The breakfast menu is simple but perfect. The fruit shop next door is not to be missed.
