Villa yg bagus & keramahan staff yg baik.. cuma bagian shower aja yg agak kotor..

Everything was crap except bed the toilet seat was shaking and no soap and pool was not working so dirty bathrooms.Really bad

Omg soooo dirty place first days wanted to leave , staff helpful but the use translator to speak English 😅, pool didn’t use soo dirty , sometimes no water , nothing work Soo disappointed never back from same street

if you don't mind it being abit run down, location is pretty good and the pool is nice. staff are helpful but very very limited english (no google translate = no communication at all) and would prefer it to be bit cleaner in terms of the toilets but ok! my bathtub didn't really fill with water so maybe don't use ur fancy lush bath bombs here

Very disappointed, such a beautiful villa but no maintenance, room gates were coming out, pool was dirty and even after asking no body cleaned, staff is unprofessional doesn’t know english nobody is responding and responsible for the guests, doesn’t have general toiletries and very pathetic condition. Please dont go i made a mistake and would suggest nobody to repeat, made my memorable bali trip experience into bad one for any details plz contact me

They don’t change the name so it’s difficult to search the villa.. The good review just for the old villa, not for the new one name the kanjeng.. i can’t describe how much i’m dissapoint with this villa.. So Dirty.. They will clean it after u ask them, not before u checked in…

Dont ever stay here. Photo are not real like it is. Lack of maintenance. Toilet is so dirty. Bed is smelly. Kitchen cant be used and dirty. Floor is broke. Maid is so stupid cant answer anything

the moment we check-in till next few hours, the girls were still cleaning the pool (we had no quiet enjoyment) we would expect the whole space to be cleaned and ready before our stay, NOT during our stay. utterly disappointed.
