The room was infested with ants, and the sheets were filthy; even after calling for them to be changed, the problem persisted. We rented two rooms, but the experience didn't live up to our expectations. The included breakfast was also unappetizing—just simple fried rice, eggs, bread, and milk.

Nice villa, but towels in room is not of quality. Water pressure for shower was very low, took long to fill the bathtub. If not the shower head pressure was low too had to squat down to shower . Had to go out to their restaurant for breakfast, would be good they can send to room for us to fully enjoy their villa facilities and stay. Even though sent in breakfast order on check in. When seated, Numerous staff have to come repeatedly ask us our order. Food took more than 30 minutes to be served, and 1 order was take almost an 1 hour to serve. No shelter from car drop off to reception or room, if raining we all get wet. Staff get fully drenched as well, while trying to shelter guest and help to carry luggages. Would need to consider staff well being as well.

The room was beautiful. We booked the studio room with private pool and it was full privacy. Toilet was very spacious and amenities were adequately provided. Service of hotel staff were all amazing and warm and made our stay even more exceptional. Nearby there is a beach club and also facing a futsal court, so expect some noise but the hotel provides earplugs for use although it barely bothered us. Overall it was a lovely stay and we are definitely excited to come back and stay here again!
