26.02.14The spacious rooms and well-equipped bathrooms made for a comfortable stay, complemented by convenient airport access. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience, while the amenities provided everything needed for relaxation. Breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to each day. A few minor cleanliness issues were noted, but they didn't overshadow the fantastic value and prime location.

25.03.10 Its an old property but well kept and clean. There were no issues with the facilities. Except breakfast in terms of menu and offering was very limited. Staff excellent
22.06.02 after a grueling 28-hr flight from NY, there was no staff at check in and was finally able to find a housekeeper who called the manager (off site) only to be informed that there was no availability despite paid in full confirmation. After a few hours waiting, he finally realized that there was a guest checking out at 4 pm so we had to wait a few hours for it to be cleaned. It was not a good start to my Bali holiday
22.06.02 for the second time, they double booked my reservations. Unlike the first time (I had to wait a few hours before they could find a vacant room), they sent me to another location with an inferior accommodations (much cheaper on Agoda website)
