Pros: Nice beach balcony ocean view as described and per photos. Ok location into Kuta, but require a short scooter ride into main center. Approx ~7mins ride Staff barely spoke english, but were very nice and friendly so it was a bit tricky to communicate for requests. Internet signal was weaker on the top 2 villas and the water for outdoor showers was only lukewarm. Cons: Wished they cleaned the room/change towels and gave extra water bottles considering it was 3 nights stay. Hotel expects you to pay in cash (full upfront), although i was also charged on my credit card via Agoda (so have to chase them for a refund now as well).
