26.05.21Location was fairly. Staff was not trained. I had bad experience and the Wi-Fi was pathetic room amenities was not worth the money we paid.
26.05.10We were given an occupied room and were just about to enter, when we heard noise from inside. Confirmed with the cleaning crew, someone was already staying there. Went downstairs to check with the reception, no remorse, initially denied my premium booking that I had paid extra for. The staff at the breakfast section, made us open up our dosas one by one to check if he actually gave the wrong one, then almost touched my food saying cheese is there you can't see it.

26.05.04I was very disappointed with the service during my recent stay. The front desk staff were unfriendly and lacked basic hospitality no smiles, no greetings, and no 'welcome.' During check-in, they took my passport and left me waiting for 10–15 minutes. While I don’t mind the wait itself, there was absolutely no acknowledgment or 'thank you for your patience' once the process was finished.
Worst of all, I was given zero information about the hotel, the room I booked, or any of the in-house leisure activities (I was expecting the information regarding SPA). It felt like a cold transaction rather than a guest experience. Management needs to train the staff better, as they are currently the face of the brand and are not representing it well.
