Great experience of staying in a haveli. The rooms are spacious and each one is uniquely decorated. Bathrooms are a bit old fashioned in terms of amenities, etc. but have all the essentials. They have done a nice job of balancing modern comforts and a slightly old -timey, faded grandeur. Lots of well considered artistic touches all over the property. As a guest, one can get a tour of the haveli which is hard to do otherwise. Very attentive and friendly staff, and well prepared food. The drive to the haveli is through some historic gullies into the heart of the old town. More than just a place to stay, this was one of the highlights of my Bikaner visit.

Rooms are big and good, location is very very bad, food is ok ok, food rates are very high, only first day they will provide 2 water bottle in the room after that you have to buy and for that they will charge Rs 50 and MRP of water bottle is Rs 20

Our room is the best decorated and furnished room I ever stayed in. The room is very large. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The aproach to the property is so bad & the place is stinking with open drains.No hot water in the toilets & maintenance of WC was very poor.No provision of water bottles in the room.

The hotel generally is a very good hotel. The rooms were big and nice. However the bathrooms are not upto the mark. Leaky taps, No instant hot water and poor quality towels. The food though very good is highly priced and overall does not give you the value for money. The staff is very good, kind and very helpful but once if you pay so much money than the minimum expectations from bathroom is instant hot water and clean towels and wash areas. This was the most disappointing part of the stay. Information from Agoda was also misleading. The site mentioned that breakfast was free but when we showed it to the hotel they said that information from Agoda mentioned breakfast has to be paid. There was no email links with Agoda for us to cross check and this was a let down also.
