26.05.01While overall the property was nice and staff were courteous, our Historical Suite was nowhere near the pictures shown on Agoda site. We got a basic room with a very noisy bed which creaked everytime there was any movement. Couldn't sleep all night because it felt like the bed is about to collapse. Because of the room we booked and paid for had no resemblance with the room they gave, we are extremely disappointed and feel cheated.
26.02.24 We booked 5 rooms, one of the room was so dirty and shower tray was not fitted properly, Noisy fridge, power was keep going out. Had to call reception to reinstate. There was wedding reception on Sunday night and couldn’t sleep because of the noisy atmosphere in the hotel..So I would not rate this hotel 4star
25.12.31 It’s a beautiful palace and a must stay if you are in Bikaner. The Structure the historic essence was wonderful. Special attraction is the Gold room and the Billiards room 🤗
25.10.14 It is just royal.
Even though it was built only in the early 1900s, it has the atmosphere of a stately home of a Maharaja. The suites are big and well decorated with period furniture.
One of the secret delights is the translucent floor tiles of the bathroom. There are pattern designs that can only be seen with no light.
The staffs are great, the meals are good, the entertainment is good.
The only shortcoming is the wifi is not strong enough and some parts of the big suite get very weak connection.
The best hotel room I ever stayed in 👍👍👍
25.10.10 Though we arrived late at night, but the staff was co ordinal to accommodate our dinner in the outdoor
They also upgraded our rooms to suite.
The food - was lovely and gobsmacking good.
The hotel was under renovation so we could use all the services though
