Best breakfast and dinner I got there

Hotel is neat and clean, hotel concierge were a huge help, they told me how to move around in the city w/o taxi.good breakfast, but it's far from city center and you have to book rapido or take local autos to roam around.. I insist on not booking from agoda as agoda hires 3rd party to book the room,I had an issue during check in, they said they didn't have any booking from agoda. The initial room was okayish, flush wasn't working,taps issues,no minifridge,no tea/coffee amenities,we changed the room and the changed room was good, comfortable had mini fridge,yet lacked tea/coffee amenities. My honest review, there is a room for improvement in the hotel, can do much better.. Issues FYI there's no hot water for bath if you visit btwn March to Oct. But they did manage to give us 1 bucket of hotwater on day 1. There's some issue with elevator so check before you book, dinning in resturant isn't an option, only room service is available, I did find it strange that the workers expect huge tip for every small thing-10/20rs is nothing for them.. Far from city center and railway station,but near to museum circle,no near by pharmacy just in case. Buses,Auto's and cabs are available to airport for 200rs-400rs one way. Happy staying.

Parking facility along with Room facility were awesome. We had great stay. We would like to stay again.

Poor assistance in term of service, I chased for AC and same repaired in late hours, essential amenities not available in room and even asked for multiple times it was not delivered
