Staff was cooperative and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and warm. Overall a good experience.

Polki Restaurant is superb for A la carte and dinner. Breakfast is just okay

**Top-tier Service**: The staff provided exceptional service, being extremely courteous and highly professional. All our concerns and doubts were promptly addressed by every staff member. They even upgraded us to a better room without us asking, as there was an issue with the AC. **Excellent Food and Service**: The gatta curry and dal makhani we ordered for dinner were absolutely delicious. Our server was very polite, friendly, and tended to all our requests with a constant smile. **Room Facilities**: There was a minor issue as we were unsure how to operate the TV. However, once we raised the request, someone was promptly sent to our room and quickly resolved the problem. **Excellent Decor and Property**: The intricately designed structure featured carefully curated collector’s items, which were a delight to see. We were given the opportunity to explore the property, which was developed with impeccable taste and aesthetics. Kudos to the architectural team for their outstanding work. Overall, this was one of the best experiences we've ever had at a hotel. While we were initially skeptical, the staff’s service, along with the cook, servers, and others, quickly put our doubts to rest. Thank you for making our trip from Delhi truly worthwhile, and please keep up the excellent work!

If you are looking for a secluded, well maintained place, this is the one for you. The only downside for me was that it serves exclusively vegetarian food

Pros: Good ambience, luxurious, good food. Cons: No concierge/ tourist help . Breakfast spread could have better. Gym needs improvement.
