I had a very good experience the first two times I rented in room #*** at the Dao location. Yesterday, I booked through Agoda App and paid slightly y less. When I booked on the app I got my confirmation and clicked on directions it brought me to the older colored tropical state hotel which was muddy and they didn't have my reservation as it was supposed to be at the Dao location. So you need to fix that for future bookings. Room *** had a few deficiencies which I pointed out to the staff at checkout showing them videos I took. This is a reason I rated a four or not a five and facilities as a three. The air conditioning remote doesn't respond so had to get up and set it manually. Bathroom bowl cover is very flimsy and kept moving out of track. The button flush at the weren't working so I had to manually flush. The shower head was only spraying at half capacity but still enough to shower. So room *** needs some maintenance compared to room ***. Otherwise the staff is amazing and helpful but not sure they understand or hopefully they did what I showed them before checkout.

The place is clean, facilities and staff accommodation is excellent. An exceptional deal for its price.
