Unresponsive, No water, flush and shower is not working, incorrect room given, there is no receptionist and I can’t even get the issue fix because there’s no one to assist me. WORST STAY EVER!! I raised my concern later on but they are not even apologetic. scary place for solo traveler because its not in the high way, the way is rough road and near the forest

Location: We have a hard time finding this place with manong habal² driver. Although may signages sya sa labas and malubak din daan huhu. But if you want a peaceful place to stay this is it! Value of Money: The price is good, kung naghahanap ka ng murang mapagstayan here in Panglao. This is recommended. Cleanliness: Sa hall way may na amoy akong stinky and sa cr din. My small stains din sa blanket. Staff: Their staff was very hospitable. I ask if they have bottled water but instead they gave me service water in pitcher. Saves me! I also got locked out so nag ask din ako if they can open it for me huhu very absent minded talaga ako. Nasira yung exhaus fan sa cr but they immediately fix it. Facilities: All working but sadly wala silang amenities like shampoo, soap and toothbrush :<

Since our flight was late night we need a place to stay to wait for a flight the room is really small the room was untidy and smell old the tv is not working though the aircon is cold. Theres shampoo and liquid soap While showering they turn off the water bec they need to fix something Pool is okay but the place needs improvements The location is a bit hidden the road going to the hotel is a rough road I wont recommend this place They still need to improve or relocate
