SCAM!!!!!

The owner has scammed me. I requested my unit number, but they failed to respond via email. I also attempted to contact them by phone, but my calls were not answered. This listing is misleading, and I strongly advise others not to book with them. I am requesting a full refund, as I was unable to stay at the property. This issue is due to their lack of proper information, as they did not provide the specific unit number assigned to me.

This hotel rooms are owned by a owner. When I check in, I don't have room number, which tower(they have 3 towers). I contacted local office of Agoda, but the phon number printed on the document was wrong. I need 2-3 hours to check in.

The place is a scam, doesnt exist, it is a condo and the condo does not allow airbnb
