Associates the word excellence (8.7) and this hotel is just lying to the public. it is extremely disappointing (again!) like the last hotel in Manila, where you gave excellent review and turned out to be completely bogus. I guess you guys just care about making money, but when it comes to other people's money and experience, NOTHING! to summarize: this hotel is like coming to the set of twilight zone. weird and creepy!! unbelievable! well done agoda, you've done it again!

Close to restaurants and main road. Fantastic view from breakfast balcony of lake Taal. Friendly staff. Acceptable breakfast. Bedroom was big with a large fridge and hot water in bathroom. Thin curtains, bring a mask.
