All good and clean! Very accommodating staff and the location is good.

The hotel is ok, and the parking is good at the back of hotel. The room is ok have ref, hot and cold shower.

Had a last-minute plan to celebrate Christmas in Tagaytay. Celebrated on another property. But this place is just good for sleeping, the place is closer to a travelers inn/motel in amenities, parking is spacious even if fully booked, so it wouldn't be a concern, whatever time you arrive

Its along highway clean and accessible.

It is practical and okay for a 2-star hotel; and worth what we paid for. Room is clean and came with basic necessities like towels, toothbrush kit, toilet paper, and reusable rubber slippers. They also provided us with 2 small water bottles daily. Bathrooms equipped with hot shower. Stairs are steep so not for people with mobility issues — but good that we were only at the second floor. They have 24-hour reception so it was convenient for us as we arrived the area close to midnight. Staff was limited but accommodating. Big space for parking but no roof or covered bay area to drop your luggage when raining. Security is a bit lax as there is no security personnel but hotel is equipped with security cameras. Only issue we had was our door knob was broken (it came off) and wouldn’t lock properly. We raised this with the hotel personnel but they did not address the issue and assured us that the place is safe.
