A few steps away from the most attractive location for tourists in Da Lat.

Indifferent receptionists who showed their uncared attention when addressing guest’s problem related to room facilities. Bad service

The drainage is stucked No amenities set up for 4 persons as we reserved 1 room for 4 adults and the answer is guest have to ask staff for more towels as only 2 sets of towels are set up as hotel’s standard. This is ridiculous somehow The drainage of standing shower get stucked , we rang receptionist and was informed to wait till the following morning and he even asked us not to take a shower at that time as it was late , no engineering was on site. He lied to us by saying there was no rooms available to change for us but the hotel was not full as we asked another receptionist who confirmed hotel still have rooms available. This is my 3rd time but this time is the worst although I strongly recommended my friends and I felt ashame of it.

야시장에서 매우 가깝고 주변 관광지도 산책겸 걸어서 가는게 가능한 위치라서 괜찮았습니다. 그랩도 잘잡히고 전반적으로 좋았어요.
