히말라야 피닉스 호텔 - 호스텔

Bathroom has sewage/ moldy smell that impossible to get rid of even after staff cleaning. Bathroom grouts are black. Water pressure was low. Spider webs found in balcony and hallway. WIFI was slow all day. Rooms are small for 2 adults and 2 older children. King size Beds’ mattress are not bad. No cleaning ever did under bed and Full of dirt. My boy dropped remote batteries under beds. I asked staff for replacement batteries and he never returned. Hotel is in good neighborhood and not on heavy traffic street but you can hear traffic noise if windows are opened. Good value hotel if you dont mind self cleaning and bring your own cleaning supplies.
