22.10.12 Staff are nice but the hotel is in poor condition post covid. The room is damp and the stair to my room (near the elevator) is rusting.
22.10.06 We came early but they let me put our bag first but the reception said the check in is at 3 pm while written in agoda at 2 pm. When I came back and do the check in, the bed and pillow sheet so dirty. Theres no towel and it looks the room wasnt ready yet while we checked in at 5 pm. The curtain was so dirty. When I called the receptionist by dial phone to provide all the things but they dont answer, I called them like 10 times. When I call by their phone number on google with my own mobile phone, they pick up. Our room in the 5th floor and the lift is broken, they dont info to us and say sorry. When I asked what happen with the lift, the staff only said it cannot use yet. The hotel and room was nice, but I dissapointed.
22.08.22 The resort almost seems like it’s falling apart, the room is huge though, and there was no one attending to my early morning check out. I wish the hotel will recover soon, but until then, I wouldn’t recommend this resort
